GUARDIOLA WANTS HIS BOYS TOUGH

GUARDIOLA EXPECTS HIS BOYS TO BE STRONG AND TOUGHEN UP .

Guardiola, whose side host Everton today, said: “The guys who play in the Premier League have passed a lot of tests to be here. To be here, you have to be tough. If you are not mentally tough, you cannot be here. That's not in doubt."
Today's match is the first of seven in three weeks for Guardiola's men and he insists he will accept no excuses from his players as they tackle the demanding schedule.
He added: “I always expect the best from my players. It doesn't so much matter if we won or lost our last game – we have to try to win again when we play these seven games.
“But I am so proud. Even in our defeat at Tottenham, I know they wanted to do it.
“Sometimes the opponent is better, you shake hands and move on, improve."
Manchester city fans expect Guardiola`s men to bounce back after the defeat by Tottenham Hotspur before the international break.
