Crystal Palace came from behind to beat Everton 3-2 at Goodison Park and pick up their first win of the Premier League campaign.
The hosts dominated the early exchanges and deservedly went ahead in the ninth minute via Romelu Lukaku from Leon Osman's pass.
But Palace gradually came into the game and equalised through Mile Jedinak from the penalty spot after Tim Howard had fouled James McArthur in the box.
Yannick Bolasie hit the woodwork shortly before the break and Howard then failed to gather a cross from Martin Kelly to allow Frazier Campbell to head Palace's second from close range on 54 minutes.
Bolasie slotted home Jason Puncheon’s pass on 69 minutes to further extend Palace’s lead before Leighton Baines netted for Everton with a penalty.
But Julian Speroni pulled off a string of saves as the Eagles held on for a vital win.
Alan Irvine secured his first league win at the West Brom helm after deservedly overcoming Tottenham 1-0 at White Hart Lane.
It was a first victory at White Hart Lane for the Baggies since 1984 and one which looked likely from the outset, with Joleon Lescott denied a goal on an impressive debut after an unfortunate block by team-mate Craig Dawson.
West Brom should have had a first-half penalty when Emmanuel Adebayor handled a Dawson header, but they continued to press after the break in a confident display.
A header from Morrison, left unmarked at a corner by Erik Lamela, in the 74th minute proved the difference, condemning Spurs to back-to-back home defeats in the league for the first time since November 2012.
