MANCHESTER UNITED AGREE £70M DEAL FOR GERMAN FORWARDS

Manchester United are looking to boost their forward ranks this summer with Germany internationals Thomas Muller and Marco Reus on the club’s radar.

According to the Daily Mirror, reports in Germany indicate Bayern Munich man Thomas Muller is interested in spearheading the United revolution. Despite being in and out of Pep Guardiola’s side for much of the season, the 24-year-old Germany international has still weighed in with 25 goals.
Reus is also believed to be looking for a new challenge after again finishing as a Bundesliga runner-up with Borussia Dortmund. The forward is also 24, and could form a devastating pairing with his international team-mate – Reus has 21 goals in 38 games for Dortmund this season.
Both have been valued at around the £35million mark and a double swoop would be a major indication of the intentions of new United boss – almost certainly Louis van Gaal.
