WENGER: SAGNA WILL LEAVE ARSENAL

Arsene Wenger has admitted Bacary Sagna is likely to leave Arsenal this summer, with the club having failed to reach an agreement over a new contract, according to the Daily Star.
The France international has been at Arsenal since 2007, and was hoping to be offered a more lucrative contract as a reward for his years of loyal service.
However, the Gunners boss has admitted that the two parties are no closer to reaching an agreement over an extension.
Wenger said: “That is not close to being close.
“If he goes we have to accept it because he wants to go, only he can decide that now.
“And if he goes we will accept it. We accept it at this point.”
Wenger was able to offer some good news however, after revealing that Laurent Koscielny is close to signing a contract extension at the Emirates.
However the Gunners boss once again refused to shed any light on his own future, having been recently linked with the Monaco job.
He said: “I have answered that question many times.
You can expect an announcement when it is done. Certainly, at the moment we are focussed on the cup final.
